Yes. The Home dashboard and your community’s federal-data reports are free with no credit card and no time limit. You pay only if you upgrade to the Full Platform.
How do seats work?
View-only seats are unlimited on every plan — share reports with your whole organization at no cost. Every plan includes 5 editor seats; if your team needs more, talk to us.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes — purchase orders, ACH, and all major cards. We also accommodate government budgeting cycles with flexible payment timing.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you need to and keep full access through the end of the billing period. Your account then continues on the free plan, and the work in your paid modules stays readable and exportable for 90 days — export anything you want to keep before then.
Do you offer custom arrangements?
Yes. If your community has unusual requirements or budget constraints, talk to us — personalized onboarding, custom payment schedules, and tailored terms are all on the table.
Does the price change with city size?
